First Resources Corp. of Sigourney is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSP) offering flexible schedule options!
Our agency serves individuals who come to receive assistance from Direct Support Professionals with gaining the skills necessary to maintain independence in their homes and live the most fulfilling life possible! In this role you will be assisting clients with all personal cares needed, work on goals the clients set, assist in medication passes, engage in social outings and community activities when able, and being an advocate for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Job Functions:
· Assisting clients with daily needs: Grocery shopping, Running errands, community activities, etc
· Personal hygiene and cares
· Working with multiple individuals each day
· Assisting with goals like cooking, cleaning, ect.
· Community integration to avoid isolation
· Appointments as necessary
· Working on coping skills
Qualifications:
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Thorough training will be provided during your employment to excel at this position! No previous experience required!
· Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance.
· Satisfactory results on background check.
Hours/Compensation:
Schedule Options:
· Working one on one with clients usually hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm
· Full-time position 38 hours per week
· Some evenings may be necessary
