The SADC Industrial Park is located in the city limits just 1/4 mile south off of Highway 92 on the corner of 200th and SADC Avenues. Features of the park include a concrete street with curb and gutter, undergound telephone, underground three-phase electricity, and city water and sewer mains.

Purchased in 1993, the Industrial Park consists of forty-six acres. Two industries reside in the park at this time. Bender Foundry Service, a sand-core manufacturer, has been in the park since 1994; and Duro-Last, a manufacturer of pre-fabricated roofing material, has been in the park since 1996. Both industries have been successful contributors to the community of Sigourney.

The SADC Industrial Park is in a designated Enterprise Zone area.
